Brain Inbox
Brain Inbox is the internal web app Larson Family uses to read, organize, search, and reply to the company’s Gmail inbox from one place. It is a private business tool for our staff — not a public sign-up product.
What it does with your Google account
When a mailbox is connected, Brain Inbox requests two Gmail permissions and uses them only to provide the inbox features:
- Read your messages (
gmail.readonly) — to sync, display, search, thread, and categorize the mailbox’s email inside the dashboard. - Send email on your behalf (
gmail.send) — to send replies and messages from the connected mailbox when a staff member sends them from the app.
Google user data is used only to operate these features. We never use it for advertising, never sell it, and our use of it adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Access & data
Only authorized Larson Family staff can sign in. Synced email is stored in a private, access-controlled database and encrypted in transit; connection credentials are stored encrypted. Disconnecting a mailbox stops syncing and its data can be purged.
